The JPMorganChase Health Care and Insurance Program for Retirees (the “Retiree Benefits Program”) is available to individuals who met the applicable retiree benefits age and service criteria when their employment terminated with JPMorganChase or a heritage organization.
This information provides eligible retirees with important details on the Retiree Benefits Program, including which plans are available, how they work and what they offer.
The following Summary Plan Descriptions (SPDs) are applicable to eligible retirees:
- Retiree Medical Plan
- Retiree Dental Plan
- Retiree Vision Plan
- Retiree Health Reimbursement Arrangement Plan
- Retiree Life Insurance Plan
Important administrative information about the Retiree Benefits Program can be found in the “Retiree Plan Administration” section within the SPDs for the retiree plans. This section provides important information as required by the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (ERISA).
Some retirees may also have vested benefits in the 401(k) Savings Plan and the Retirement (Pension) Plan. These documents are accessible on this site under “Retirement Savings.”
